The repairs are taking a little longer than expected. The weather has held things up. I hesitate to put a timeline on it since my last timeline was off.

The best I can tell you is that we'll get it open when we feel it is safe for people to travel on.

I have talked to our Public Works Director to make sure that the people that live along that road can get snow removal.

We're trying to keep heavy trucks off the road to prevent further collapse, so they'll be using smaller trucks to move the snow. It'll probably just take longer than usual.

As far as the incident is concerned, it is still under investigation.

While this is really, really not the best time to have this road closed I am so grateful that you are taking care of it. Is there any way we can still get snow plows though? We are hitting the snow season and I am afraid that we will get snowed in because they won't come down past the road closed signs. Also what is going to happen the the truck that was parked there? Was he supposed to be parking there? I have seen him there several times and have often thought about my own car that is parked down a little farther but on the same side. Was it his weight or a pipe bursting or something else? Sorry so many questions but I would really like to know. Thank you for the update I really appreciate it.
